The Cocktail Reception will begin at 6:30 P.M and will include sparkling wine, orange
juice, soda and water along with light Canapes.
Following the Cocktail Reception we will move to the Sunset Deck for a 5 course
meal including:

Duck consommé with forest berry profiteroles

Grilled stone bass with lime hollandaise and fava beans

Mandarin sorbet

Beef tenderloin with shallots stewed in spices and red wine in three pepper sauce

Mango parfait with almond crust
This meal will include White, Red and Sparkling wines, beer as well as other soft
drinks.
For those of you who are interested in keeping the night rolling we will be having
a late night “Dance Fest” at the Beach Bar complete with four hours of an open bar
and a buffet style late supper that will include a variety of desserts, salads as
well as a Seafood platter, Cheeses and bread.
We would greatly appreciate your RSVP’s including whether or not you plan on staying
with us in the apartments and whether you will be attending the after party “Dance
Fest.” This will help us make arrangements for late supper and sufficient VIP space.
Mostly we hope that every person has a great time and can’t thank you enough for
